What Michael Stands For
Open Responsive Service
Michael supports open government and direct access to elected officials. He prioritizes communication with residents, clear explanations, and a responsive office that helps people navigate questions and the appeals process.
Accurate Fair Assessments
Michael’s priority is a property tax system that is consistent and based on solid data, so homeowners, seniors, farmers, and businesses are treated fairly and assessments are done the right way.
Modern Accessible Government
He believes county services should be easy to use. That’s why he’s focused on modernization, making property information simpler to find, understand, and access online.
Professional Qualified Staff
Michael believes taxpayers deserve an office that runs like a well-trained operation. He has raised professional standards through certification and training so residents get consistent answers and dependable service.
Taxpayer Education and Outreach
Assessments can be confusing. Michael focuses on helping residents understand how values are determined, what options exist, and where to go for help, so nobody is left guessing.
Accountability and Integrity
As a Navy Seabees veteran and lifelong public servant, Michael brings discipline, structure, and integrity to the office, focused on doing the job correctly and earning public trust through results.
